Once you have opened a media file folder you can begin working with your media files directly within the Catalog List. For example, you can enter your comments in the text fields, play video and audio files directly from the Catalog List, or load a media file into the Preview/Logger monitor for previewing, logging and storyboard insertion (video files).
In addition to this, there are some important tools located on the media file's right-click menu which allow you further interaction with your media files. This section will look at how you can work with your video, audio and graphic files using these tools. In addition, we will make some comments about how Incite Media Assistant works with External Wave Files.
