View lets you to set the number of media files displayed per page (see Setting Pages above) or determine whether List and Icon View or List View Only will be used. List View Only is useful for faster browsing, while List and Icon View gives you the possibility of previewing your media files directly in the Catalog List.

Catalog Layout will arrange the interface of the Catalog window, changing the orientation of the separate sections either vertically or horizontally.

The Delete TCI Files option: De-activating this option will prevent TCI files from being deleted whenever you cut or delete a selected media file. Keeping the TCI file is useful for recapturing the deleted media file at a later date.

List View Columns lets you customize what type of information is shown when using List view. Check marks indicate the currently active column headings.

When the Save preset folders with storyboard option is activated, File Folder Presets can be saved per storyboard project (MSB). For more about File Folder Presets see 2.2 Browsing for Media Files
.
