Inserting a Storyclip

Once you have logged In and Out points for a specific media file, create a new storyclip for your storyboard sequence performing the following steps:

1.	Place the Position bar in the Storyboard window. The storyclip will be inserted to the storyboard by matching its In point to the current location of the Position bar.
2.	Select the editing mode: Tape or Film mode. These two modes will determine how previously inserted material will behave when you insert the new storyclip. For more see Ch.5 The Incite Media Assistant Storyboard.
3.	Press the Insert button in the preview logger area.
