Opening a Media File Folder

To browse for media files, use the Explorer-like interface to locate the media file folder you are interested in. The folder may be on your own station, on the video server or on another network station for which you have access permission. As you click on folders, Incite Media Assistant will display the media files in the viewing area.

   


Tips & Notes

·	The time it takes for the files to be opened depends on the number media files in the folder, the type of files being opened and your system setup. When you close the program, Incite Media Assistant remembers the last file folder you were working on and will ask you if you wish to continure working with this folder the next time you open Incite Media Assistant.

·	QuickTime and RealMedia files are not supported formats for preview in the Catalog List. You can, however, convert into these formats.
