The Preview/Logger area allows you to view, log and insert only one media file at a time. There are times, however, when you may find it useful to have several monitors open at the same time. In this way, you can view and compare several media files before logging and inserting them as storyclips.
To do this select a media file, right-click and run the Open Clip In New Log Window command. This will launch a separate logging monitor window for the selected clip. You can open several of these windows simultaneously and make your editing decisions before inserting to storyboard.
