When working with a folder that contains a large number of media files, you can divide the folder into virtual "pages" for faster referencing.
To create pages, you need to establish the number of files you wish to include per page using the Catalog Display Preferences window. From the Change View menu, select Display Preferences. In the window that subsequently opens, insert the number of media files you wish to include per page. The number must be between 10 and 50 files.
Once established Page icons will be placed to the left of the Catalog List. Clicking on these icons will change the current page being displayed.
