Video Format and Video Parameters

As already mentioned in the step by step, setting your video conversion parameters should be done before modifying the media files you wish to convert and running the conversion command. To set video conversion parameters you will use the Video tab option located in the AVI Converter or QuickTime Converter window. The Video tab option is basically the same for both conversion windows, differing only in the types of video formats you can select from.

The Video tab option is divided into 4 major areas:

1.Video Format for video format selection and deinterlace options
2.Frame Rate for frame rate selection
3.Frame Size: by default, Incite Media Assistant uses the original size of the media file, but you can choose from among standard video frame sizes
4.Crop: allows you to crop each boundary of the original media file independently

Tips & Notes

·Changing frame size (for a size larger than the original) may cause loss of video quality.
