The Conversion Server lets you save, load and combine task list for conversion monitoring. After creating a specific task list (adding the folders you wish to use), use the Watch List/Save command on the Conversion window's main toolbar to save the task list as a Watch List file (WLF). If you edit or add tasks in the task list, you can either Save the changes or use the Save As command to create a new WLF file.
Once saved you can easily reload the task list at a later date or session using the Watch List/Load command. After browsing for and opening the desired Watch List file, the task list is loaded into the Conversion Server. The name of the file currently loaded into the Server is displayed just above the task list.
Using the Watch List/Add command you can combine 2 or more task lists for simultaneous monitoring. As you add WLF files, the respective tasks are added to the Conversion Server. The Conversion Server will display the file name of the last added WLF file.
