This section of the Video tab lets you select PAL, NTSC 29.97 or custom frame rates for the conversion.
Choosing Frame Size
To retain the original frame size of the media file activate the Original Size radio button. Otherwise you can use the Standard Size option and selection menu to choose different frame size for the conversion.
When converting to a larger frame size some distortion may occur as you will be stretching the original image. Using the Do not stretch original frame option, the image size remains the same and is wrapped by a black border to compensate for the larger frame size.
